Issue: Not Printing from PC/Laptop
Papercut (Esp if Color Printing)
In the bottom right-hand corner of your desktop (where you see the date/time, speakers, etc.) click on the ^
Look for the green P icon for "Papercut"
If you do not see this icon, restart your computer
Are others able to print to that printer?
If yes, try printing from a different device to see if that works
If it does, try restarting your computer
If not, try printing a different document/pdf
If no one can print from that printer, check the printer itself to see if there's any flashing lights, errors on the screen, and ensure that it is powered on
If there is an error for replacing a toner cartridge, please replace the toner, the screen should walk you through the process

Supplies - (844)365-4968
Note: You will likely not need this number as they schedule send toner to our location
J8610 - This is the code for this specific printer, you will need the specific code for the printer in need of servicing when you are contacting EOJ.
