Getting Started
Accessing your Voicemail - Press the Voicemail Button (looks like a cassette tape - see above!)
First time users - Your pin will be set to '12341235' then hit #. Your phone will take you through a first-time setup where you will record your voicemail message and set up your voicemail pin!
Dialing Out - Dial 8, 1, then the number.
EX: Calling 715-555-5555 would look like 817155555555
Helpdesk Speed Dial - Now available on all phones! Press the button to the left to speed dial your favorite IT crew!
Setting your Ringtone - On the phone base, hit the cog button, then go to "2. Settings", then you'll select Ringtone.
Note -- You can also make additional changes in this option, such as the phone's brightness, font size, etc.
