Issue: Not Connecting to WiFi
Power Cycle Device
Hold down power button until a window appears - either continue holding down power or select "Shut Down"
Battery Life
In the bottom right-hand corner of the Chromebook screen, check the battery
If it's low (<15%), the battery needs to be charged before WiFi will connect
Issue: Won't Save/Acting Strange/Won't Print

Check Available Space
In the bottom left-hand corner of the Chromebook screen, click the O
Type "Files" into the search bar
Click on the "Files" icon
When a new window pops up, in the top right-hand corner, click the three dots
At the bottom of the menu that will pop up, look at the available space
If the space available is very low, please verify that all important documents are backed up on Google Drive and bring to your LMC for a wipe
