To Create a Ticket in IIQ:
Go to "ASD Staff Bookmarks" in the top left corner of your Google Chrome browser
Click on "Technology Requests"
Login with "Google SSO" using your school email account
To Create a Website Content Update Ticket:
Hit the blue "+New Ticket" button
Click "Other Requests"
Click "Website"
Click "Content Update or Issue"
Describe your update with the following information:
Area -> Page -> Section
Select your Room number
Hit "Take a Screenshot"
Next you'll choose what to share.
Step 1 - Choose between Entire Screen, Window, and Chrome Tab
Step 2 - Select which specific screen/window/tab you wish to share
Step 3 - Hit 'Share"
IIQ will automatically take the screenshot -- you can check to make sure the right information was capture by clicking the ".png" link and previewing the image
Answer the Student Info question Y/N
Attach any files that need to be uploaded to the website (ie: Updating a 2021 version of a file with a 2022, etc.)
Click "Submit Ticket"
