To Create a Ticket in IIQ:
Go to "ASD Staff Bookmarks" in the top left corner of your Google Chrome browser
Click on "Technology Requests"
Login with "Google SSO" using your school email account
To Create a Ticket:
Either hit the blue "+New Ticket" -OR- select an asset assigned to you, which will skip to step 4 below
Select what the issue is in regards to from Hardware, Software, Networking, User Accounts, or Other
Example - Hardware (Monitor)
Select an asset from the respective section, or select from your assigned assets from the top of the screen
(Only Device/Hardware) Select a Model
Select an issue category, or you can search for an issue in the provided search bar
Describe your issue in the box, including any troubleshooting you've done as well as any information you believe to be pertinent
Enter your room number (Make sure the correct school is selected!)
If necessary for your ticket, you can - record your screen, take a screenshot, or record audio directly from the ticketing system
Answer whether or not the ticket includes sensitive Student Information (Required)
Attach any files as needed, and hit submit!
NOTE:: If you click on "Select or Search for Room" and your room isn't an option, check the Location at the top of the screen and verify the correct school is selected. If not, click on "Edit Location" to select the correct school, then select your room number.
