Open a Chrome Browser and hit "ASD Staff Bookmarks" in the top left corner
Then click "Student Teacher Account Request Form"
Go through each step of the form with your student teacher. Each portion with a red star next to it needs to be completed before you can proceed
Be sure to use an email address for the student that they have access to! This is where their login information will be sent once the form is submitted!
Once the form has been filled out, hit "Next" to submit the form to IT. They will send the login information to your Student Teacher at the email address provided prior in the form.
NOTE:: If you have any questions regarding the form itself or issues submitting it, please contact IT!
